i am very happy to report that the facility and my unit were very clean. the customer service was knowledgeable and friendly. the pricing was a little steep for me but...whatcha gonna do? i woud give them 4.5 out of 5

the grounds and my unit were very clean. the only customer service i experienced was on the phone. the person i spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. the pricing for the size unit i rented was a little steep for me but nonetheless it was a very easy transaction.
